Chicken Pieces Pan Roast

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken cut in big pieces or combination chicken breast or chicken leg fillet (two each) or just chicken breast or leg fillet
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon mince ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 chillies green & red diced
- 1 tbls lemon juice
- 1 tbls soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- 1 cup water
Method
Step 1
Cut meat in big chunks. Wash thoroughly. In a basin put washed meat; make sure it’s well drained.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients and mix well. Set it in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 3
In a big pan add oil and heat for seconds then add the marinated chicken meat, stir and add 1 cup water and let it cook until water disappears.
Step 4
Stir in intervals occasionally. Note: Optional The whole chicken can be skinned off and cut into pieces and pan roasted.
