Chicken Roll With Spinach

Ingredients
- 4 chicken leg fillets
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Olive oil to drizzle
- Garlic, ginger, chilli paste (according to taste) Optional
Method
Step 1
Rinse fillet and pat dry

Place on a glad wrap and rub in garlic, ginger, chilli paste mixed in olive oil or

Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt & pepper.
Step 4
Lay spinach leaves in centre and roll tightly with glad wrap, double your wrapping to secure and tie knot to both ends.
Step 5
In a big pot boil water then drop each chicken wrap inside the pot and boil for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from glad wrap and season with all-purpose seasoning and olive oil and fry for another 5 – 7 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with your choice of salads.
