- 250 g desiccated coconut
- 250 g icing sugar
- 2/3 condense milk ( adjust) if needed more
Method
Step 1
Mix all together
Step 2
Set on tray and cut either square, diamond.
Step 3
Tip: You can add food colouring to mixture for different colours
