Ingredients
- 1 litre full cream milk
- 1/2 cup powder milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Pinch of powder cardamom.
Method
Step 1
In a wok boil the milk
Step 2
Add lemon to form curd
Step 3
Discard some curd water about a cup
Step 4
And continue cooking further until curd starts to dry
Step 5
Add milk powder and sugar
Step 6
Stir gently and set on tray to cool
Step 7
Cut in squares.
