Chicken Chop Suey

Ingredients
- 500g Chicken leg fillet
- ¼ chinese cabbage shredded
- 2 bundle bok choy chopped chunk pieces
- 1 small onion
- 4 gloves garlic
- 2 chillies Red & green finely chopped
- 1tbls soy sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 large carrot sliced thick pieces
- 2tbls cooking oil
- ¼ tsp corn flour
Method
Step 1
Cut chicken in strips and wash thoroughly.
Step 2
In a large fry pan add oil and cook chicken by adding ½ cup water.
Step 3
Once the water disppears stir and add garlic, chopped onion and chillies and stir , add soy sauce and salt and stir then start adding the chop vegetables carrtos, cabbage and keep stiring then add ½ cup water and simmer for 1 minute and mix corn flour in 2 tblsp water and pour over the chop soy and stir well, simmer for another 2 seconds . Its ready to serve with basmati rice.
