Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon corn flour
3 tablespoon ghee
1 cup water
Syrup:
2 cup water
1 cup sugar
Method
Step 1
Lakri Metaye Mix flours and rub with ghee then add water to make soft dough , Knead and stand for 30 minutes
Step 2
Syrup Boil and reduce close to cup
Step 3
Break the dough in small balls then roll into roti shape and roll again into long round strip and cut in small size and fry on oil.
Step 4
Once all fried put them in a basin and pour the hot prepared syrup and mix quickly
