Bhajiya

1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust After first few fries)
1 small onion diced
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon whole cumin seed
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 big green chilli minced
2 garlic cloves minced (1/2 teaspoon garlic paste )
1/4 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon corn flour
1 cup chopped spinach or cabbage
1 cup water ( you may not need all)
Method
Step 1
In a basin add all dry ingredients and mix well
Step 2
Add garlic ,ginger and chilli paste and mix
Step 3
Add little water a time and mix into a batter form
Step 4
Add spinach and mix
Step 5
Take small portions and deep fry to golden brown
Step 6
Place the cooked bhaiya on paper towel to soak oil and enjoy with cup of tea.
