3 Cups Plain Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups warm milk
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup oil for frying
Method
Step 1
in a basin add flour, salt and mix
Step 2
Add warm milk and combine into soft dough You may not need all milk.
Step 3
Add 1 teaspoon oil and knead for 5 minutes
Step 4
Rest for 10 minutes covered in a basin
Step 5
Knead for few seconds
Step 6
Make small balls size of tennis ball and roll in small rounds
Step 7
Fry in hot oil for few seconds each side on medium to low heat .
Step 8
Place cooked puris on paper towel for softness
